Go Inside Hulk Hogan’s Gulf-Front Florida Estate, Listed at Nearly $11 Million
There comes a time when every wrestling legend steps away from the ring. When Hulk Hogan did, he opted for sunshine, sand, and the Gulf. The Clearwater Beach estate where he spent his post-wrestling years is now on the market for just under $11 million, listed by his longtime friend Martha Thorn, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist and leader of the Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty. Thorn calls it “a legacy property,” citing its privacy and front-row position on the sugar-white sands of world-famous Clearwater Beach.

The Gulf-front residence sits at the far north end of the barrier island, in the Mandalay subdivision near the Carlouel Yacht Club and the gated Mandalay Point enclave—one of the area’s most tightly held stretches of sand. Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, purchased the property in 2012 with his second wife, Jennifer, per media reports. A neighboring cottage acquired later is not included in the offering.
Completed in 2009, the elegant three-level Mediterranean-style home spans roughly 5,400 square feet and occupies one of two palm-lined parcels totaling about a third of an acre. Inside, the resort-like atmosphere is polished yet restrained, with teak flooring underfoot and marble and natural stone finishes throughout. An elevator services all floors, while an office, wine cellar, and generous entertaining spaces serve the lifestyle needs of today's discerning buyers. The main living areas open directly to the Gulf, with sliding glass doors leading to expansive covered terraces. Nearly 1,500 square feet of outdoor living space frames unobstructed water views, complemented by a heated pool and spa perched just above the sand.

The interiors reflect a respect for classic craftsmanship and architectural detail, without losing sight of relaxed, modern coastal sensibility. Examples abound throughout. The living room is anchored by an ornate fireplace, while the formal dining room makes a statement beneath a tiered chandelier. A well-appointed kitchen blends warmth and utility with cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and professional-grade appliances.

Upstairs, the primary suite unfolds across nearly 1,000 square feet, complete with a sitting area, morning bar, private balcony, and a spa-like bath featuring dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Four additional bedrooms are comfortably scaled, many capturing the same uninterrupted Gulf vistas that define the home.
