Jason Waugh
Jason Waugh serves as president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates for
Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. In this role, Waugh oversees the
brand’s marketing, franchise sales and operations teams who support
a network of 100,000 affiliated sales professionals in more than
2,700 offices across 39 countries and territories.
Waugh most recently served as CEO and president of Berkshire
Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate (BHHSNWRE) and Berkshire
Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals (BHHSREP), which is
ranked among the top 10 in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices
global network. In this role he oversaw the day-to-day operations of
a multi-billion-dollar sales volume brokerage, strategic growth of
the company’s mortgage, title, escrow and insurance business units,
management of the enterprise’s leadership team, and development of
sales professionals, mergers and acquisitions. He grew the company
from 600 agents and 15 offices to over 1,000 agents and 32 offices
in just 4 years.
Prior to his roles at BHHSNWRE and BHHSREP, Waugh was partner at
Synergy Sports Management in Greenville, South Carolina. He is an
inactive member of the California State Bar and received his BA and
Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University and Pepperdine University
School of Law.
Waugh is active in local charitable and community service, including
serving on the boards of The Realty Alliance and the Home Building
Foundation as well as founding the BHHSNWRE/BHHSREP annual day of
service. A licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington,
Waugh brings a deep understanding of the industry in any market. He
also possesses a keen understanding of franchise culture and is
passionate about equipping brokers with world-class technology and
services to deliver an unparalleled experience to consumers.
Brandon Newman
Backed by an MBA in Finance, Brandon is a seasoned Senior Marketing
Leader with experience in revitalizing legacy brands and driving
revenue growth for organizations like Mercedes-Benz and Aston
Martin.
Through the development of memorable client experiences, enhanced
marketing communication strategies, and strategic partnership
formation, Brandon has helped to amplify brand positioning,
visibility, and engagement.
Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker Affiliates Team as VP of
Marketing, Brandon served as Head of Marketing at Aston Martin for
the North American, Latin American, and Canadian regions.
Additionally, he had held pivotal roles at Mercedes-Benz USA as
Customer Retention Manager for the Northeast and West Coast, as well
as Digital Experience & Marketing Director where he led marketing
efforts for the largest 'owned retail' operation globally. His
experience extends across branding, communication strategies,
digital, CRM, and experiential marketing.
Brandon brings with him over 15 years of experience from the world’s
most celebrated luxury automotive brands, along with a strategic
vision and relentless commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Brandon’s passions include all things art,
architecture, landscape, design and renovations. He splits his time
between New York City and East Hampton.
Michael Altneu
Michael Altneu joined Coldwell Banker in July 2021 as its vice
president of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program. Altneu has
an impressive 15+ years of experience spanning across nearly every
facet of the real estate industry.
In his role, Altneu leads the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program,
which traces its roots to 1933, encompasses a best-in-class
marketing platform and one of the most rigorous luxury specialist
certification programs in the world, with a 36% higher average sales
price per property listed with the program. Coldwell Banker Global
Luxury Property Specialists are an exclusive group within the
Coldwell Banker organization, making up under ten percent of
independent sales associates affiliated with the brand worldwide.
Coldwell Banker affiliated agents conducted 48,444 transactions of
homes priced at $1 million or more in 2022. This equates to $288
million in luxury sales every day with an average sales price of
$2.2 million in this category.
