Wendy Hodges

Wendy Hodges grew up in the historic city of Conway- which is just a few miles from the beach. She attended Coastal Carolina University and The University of South Carolina where she obtained a degree in English Education and a Masters in Administration. Wendy worked as an English teacher and an administrator in the local school district but has worked as a Realtor for the past 19 years. Wendy holds the elite CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation earned by only the top 3% of Realtors. She has extensive education in relocation, negotiation, and marketing to earn this designation. Wendy is also a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Certified Specialist. She works alongside Kim Davis on The Davis & Hodges team. The two ladies met when they were both in education and teaching in Horry County Schools more than 20 years ago. Wendy also serves on the local Horry County School District Board as the Representative for District 4 which includes Myrtle Beach, Socastee, and St. James' schools.
