Community & Real Estate Board Involvement: Jill is the Chairperson of the Realtors' Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW) Green Bay Community Service Committee. Since becoming the Chairperson, we have raised over 75k for local charities. Jill also sits on the following RANW Committee(s): Golf Outing, Real Estate Professional Standards, MLS Special Task Force, and Arbitration, and am also the Chairperson for the EPA Committee. Jill is a member of the Make-A-Wish "Gourmet Wishes” committee and assists Habitat for Humanity by chairing their Site Selection Committee.
Designations & Credentials: Jill is the Owner and C.E.O. of Jill & Co. Real Estate, she is a licensed real estate Broker-Associate in the state of Wisconsin, as well as a Notary. Jill is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Jill has completed the designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); only 5% of agents worldwide ever receive this designation. Other members of my team also hold some of these designations. Designations are NOT required to be a Realtor. It is just another way we strive to keep ourselves educated to serve our clients better.
