Launching today, the Learning Collective is a premier educational platform created in collaboration with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, designed to elevate Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents at every stage of their luxury real estate career journey. Through a blend of live sessions, on-demand content, and monthly educational tracks, the program delivers curated insights on the topics that matter most in today’s evolving high-end market—from smarter prospecting techniques to understanding generational shifts underway in high-end real estate.

How the Program Works
The program already has a robust calendar planned through early 2026, with topics ranging from generational trends among affluent consumers to leveraging AI for business efficiency and understanding body language across cultures.

How to Access The Learning Collective
The Learning Collective is available to all Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents with an active Institute Membership. Agents who have recently completed their Global Luxury certification course receive a complimentary two-year membership and immediate access to the Collective. For those with lapsed memberships, renewal options are available.
Even agents who haven’t yet earned the Luxury Property Specialist (LPS) designation can participate as long as they have an Institute Membership.
