David Garlitzke

David is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional in luxury markets with over 10 years of marketing experience; he’s currently serving as the National Luxury Marketing Specialist at Coldwell Banker. In his role, he is responsible for managing multiple brand partnerships, Coldwell Banker Realty and Coldwell Banker Affiliate liaison for the Global Luxury program, and is leading the Coldwell Banker VIP Program. With a wealth of experience in advertising campaigns, social media, luxury markets, and the Listing Concierge program, David brings a diverse skill set to his position.

David holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Florida, with minors in Entrepreneurship, Retail, and Information Systems. Residing in Orlando, Florida, he is passionate about escape rooms, competing on the volleyball court, playing board games, and experiencing thrill rides at theme parks across the U.S. during his spare time. He is also an avid traveler and cherishes quality moments spent with his family, friends, and his beloved cat.
