Born and raised on Oʻahu's beautiful Windward Coast, Kalei Wodehouse brings a lifetime of local knowledge, deep Hawaiian roots, and a genuine passion for real estate to every client relationship. Real estate is quite literally in her blood. Her father, James Hay Wodehouse, and mother, Sally Farrington, are both respected Hawaiʻi real estate developers and Realtors. Growing up surrounded by the industry gave Kalei an early appreciation for recognizing a property's potential, understanding its value, and helping others realize their vision.

As a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist, Kalei works with buyers and sellers throughout Oʻahu, with a particular focus on luxury and oceanfront properties along the Windward Coast. Her expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions. She has helped clients navigate the complexities of purchasing properties with the intention of renovating, rebuilding, or creating their dream homes. Her familiarity with the unique considerations of coastal properties, including permitting, building restrictions, and the challenges of developing near the ocean, makes her a valuable resource for clients looking beyond what a property is today to what it could become.

Adding another dimension to her real estate expertise is her partner, Asher, owner of Koʻolau Landscaping, a well-established landscape contracting company serving Oʻahu for over 20 years. Together, their complementary experience in real estate, property improvements, and landscaping offers clients a unique perspective. Whether preparing a home for sale, recognizing the hidden potential of an outdoor space, or envisioning the transformation of an entire property, Kalei understands that exceptional real estate is about more than the home itself.
