A graduate of Miami University, I became a licensed REALTOR in 1997 working in commercial real estate with West Shell Commerical. In 2011 I made the change to residential real estate. My philosophy is to provide my clients with exceptional personal attention whether they are buying or selling a home. I apply my strong attention to detail and excellent communication skill to make the process run smoothly. Utilizing Coldwell Banker's state-of-the-art technology to provide innovative strategies in marketing homes for my sellers and creative ways to find buyers the home of their dreams. I have a knack for identifying and resolving issues and protecting my client's best interests. I am an industry expert that will be a strong negotiator and advocate for you. I will provide you with a wealth of support from counseling meetings, lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and any one of my many resources to help you get your home ready to sell or fix up the home you just purchased. I was born and raised in Cincinnati and am a proud graduate of Sycamore High School. I have 2 daughters who are young adults that I have had the honor in raising to become strong, determined, successful ladies. I enjoy spending time with family and friends for game nights in or dinner out and traveling. I like to stay active and I am starting to learn how to play pickleball. I also sit on the board of the University of Cincinnati's Friends of Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies. I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs.
