Joan Holmes loves helping you buy and sell real estate. She is part of The Holmes Group of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. A native of Canada, Joan earned her Bachelors Degree in Education & spent 13 years in the classroom. She then turned to building custom homes for 11 years with her husband & partner, John. Together they have two incredible adult children, Ashley & Ryan. In 2001, Joan became a realtor and earned her Associate Brokers license in 2009. Whitewater rafting has long been Joans favorite pastime. She and John have floated rivers in Idaho, Oregon, Colorado, Main, New York & far away in New Zealand, but always rave about the incredible Salmon River that we have right in our Idaho back yard. Be careful, shell have you signed up to do a week long trip-of-a-lifetime on the Middle Fork of the Salmon! Camping & skiing are also activities that Joan & John share as often as time allows.Joan loves sharing the Treasure Valley with newcomers to the area. Folks are amazed by the warm welcome they receive here in the Boise area. Its something sincere and very special, making Joans job of helping buyers find a new home in a terrific neighborhood most enjoyable. Also, working with sellers is a hugs part of Joans business.
