This is who we are. This is what we do. We love it. Our clients do too. About Tiffany Panhuis: Tiffany has been working with buyers and sellers since 1996. She was born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Ohio (a suburb of Cleveland). Tiffany is a 1990 graduate of Orange High School and in 1994 she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University. She is also a graduate of Hondros College Real Estate Career Center. Tiffany has received her Accredited Buyer Representation Designation for advanced professional training, completed advanced courses for the New Homes Specialist Designation, is Relocation Certified, has completed advanced Certified Residential Specialist classes and has received the Certified Negotiation Specialist degree.
Tiffany and Pat Belcher met in 1992 on their study abroad program in Salzburg, Austria. They were married in 1999 and bought their first house in Clintonville. They currently reside in Worthington with their 2 dogs, Georgie and Ruby.
