Guido Rolle

Guido Rolle has a solid background in hospitality and construction development. Before joining our team, he was a sales operation manager for RAV Bahamas, the well-known real estate developer on the island of Bimini. Guido has gained a great deal of experience both locally and internationally. His networking and communication skills allowed him to work with brokers such as Keller Williams and Douglas Elliman. He’s attended numerous real estate promotional events and has a keen insight into the yachting property market. As an international business and management student at Southeastern University, Guido was involved in numerous research and design opportunities globally, spearheading overseas projects and gaining leadership and managerial skills along the way. He has dealt with many high profile clients and managed over 100 employees as a human resource manager, worked on local committees and with his Gateway Outreach Ministries church community.
