With a decade-long stint in banking and several years in the insurance sector, I gleaned invaluable corporate experience, navigating protocols and policies, albeit often at the expense of consumer satisfaction. Yet, my heart yearned for a profession where I could empower individuals to realize their dreams without the constraints of corporate agendas.
