Business Philosophy

I believe that the greatest success comes from connecting a buyer and/or seller to the right property at the right time. My greatest joy is seeing how happy someone can be when he or she has found the right home or property.

I believe that in order to be an excellent agent you need to be a full time agent with a desire to learn. I am a full time realtor, and I make every effort to complete new trainings, stay up to date on requirements, and learn what is new in the real estate world to increase my market knowledge.

I am client-centric in my approach to real estate. I always strive to do what is best for the client. I have a team of professionals that help to make the process of purchasing or selling go smoothly. 

Education and Training

I am a BYU and U of U graduate. I have multiple degrees and life experiences which help me with real estate.  As a realtor I have completed the leadership training course, Buyers Agent Certification, Certified Investor Agent training, Short Sale and Foreclosure certification, Management Certification and several more. I continue to take courses to improve my skill set to be a better Realtor and business person.  I have been in property management for over 50 years. I am familiar with process for rentals and management.

I am certified in marketing, health occupations, administration, leadership, ABR, SFR, BPO, CIAS, Luxury Trained, HOA certified and property management.

I was Realtor of the month seven times, the top producer in my company for two years and won six of the office contests. I received the President's  Award for 2022

Areas of Expertise

I love working with buyers and sellers of all types of properties, residential, Commercial, land, recreational, and short sale. I enjoy a challenge. I also enjoy evaluating properties, considering the changes in the market and neighborhoods.  I have worked with banks and other companies to help them understand the value of a property they are acquiring. I have taken several classes in short sales. I also have developed and run several businesses and enjoy working with businesses to find the property that will work best for them. I understand the 55+ market and the complexities of downsizing. 

Community Involvement

I am actively involved in the community; my neighborhood and I enjoy working on different projects. I often help at the local school. I serve on a board for a company that works with people with disabilities, and I also serve on other non-profit organizations. I have been with the Point of the Mountain Chamber for six years and I serve as an ambassador with them.  I am familiar with the local businesses and I have connections to many things. 

Personal Background

I am a lifelong Utah County resident. I grew up in the valley, attended Provo High School and BYU. I have raised my four children, I have 12 grandchildren and four great.  I own several homes and businesses. I worked for the local schools and three universities before I became a full time realtor. I currently help with the local Chamber, travel agency and other businesses. I love Utah and all it has to offer.
