Dano started his Real Estate career on Maui by acquiring lots and building custom homes, progressing to a leadership role as the sales manager for several new home neighborhoods and condo communities on Maui. Dano further expanded his practice and became the owner of his own Maui brokerage, allowing him to manage teams special projects while nurturing the careers of fellow agents.
