Michael Busch is a full time Realtor who was born and raised in the Columbus, OH area. He enjoys working with people and understands how difficult and stressful real estate transactions can be. He strives to make the entire process fun and stream-lined for his clients. Last year he was inducted into the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle, which means he performed in the Top 5% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.
Michael has college degrees in Construction Management and Civil Engineering, and 20 years of Residential building experience prior to becoming a Realtor. He has an extensive understanding of the building process, as well as the true definition of "quality workmanship".
When buying your new home, Michael knows what problems to look out for, and will help you avoid costly pitfalls. In a competitive real estate market, having a strong negotiator on your side is extremely important so that you don't over-pay and lose money on your investment. And, if you'd like to remodel or repair items within the home, he knows many contractors that can help you that won't break the bank.
If you have a home to sell, Michael will help you prepare your home before it goes on the market so that you receive multiple offers and the highest price possible. He goes over and above all other Realtors when marketing your home. He will market your home where the buyers are (websites, social media, targeted digital ads, etc) and uses all of the latest techniques (virtual tours, videos, social media stories, etc) in order to put your home in front of as many buyers as possible.
Michael is a member of the Relocation Department within Coldwell Banker, so if you're not familiar with the Columbus area, that's ok! Michael will listen to what is important to you in a house and community and provide suggestions as to what part of Columbus you might want to call home. If you're moving out of the Columbus area, that's ok too! Michael has worldwide contacts and will interview agents in your new city so that you get excellent service in that city as well.
