In 1984, Carole began in Project Sales Management and Development for Condominium - Resort style- mixed use projects. Carole then continued to excel her career through a merger with a large property management company, holding a portfolio of 180 Resorts. Carole's position, as The Director of Resort Sales and Rentals, consisted of maintaining a lofty focus on maximizing sales and rental revenue for projects with 50-350 units in The Northeastern and Southeastern, United States.
In 2008, Carole transitioned into residential real estate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
As a consistent multi-million dollar producer for Coldwell Banker Realty in Hingham, MA. Carole is currently recognized as an Elite Realtor at the top of her brand. Selling over $275mm in residential real estate.
