Born and raised in the vibrant suburb of Coconut Grove, Jimmy has witnessed all the growth and changes in Miami, and has an intimate knowledge of the local neighborhoods and communities. From an early age, Jimmy developed a deep connection to the diverse culture and unique charm of Miami. He attended school in both Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, fostering strong ties to these neighborhoods.
Jimmy was always immersed in the world of real estate. As a young boy he would tag along with his late mom, Barbara, an icon in the real estate market in Miami, representing clients from the Miami Herald, The Knight Foundation and multiple Forbes 500 companies. After college, Jimmy spent 20 years in an international business founded by his father. In 2010, missing his children from long stints of overseas travel, he decided to pivot to real estate and joined Coldwell Banker, teaming up with his mom. Together they formed one of the top teams in the area. Barbara soon turned over most of the day-to-day reigns to Jimmy, but continued to acquire new business and provide the expert advice that made her such a revered professional.
