Mandy LeBlanc Manchester joins Coldwell Banker Realty with a unique skill set as a licensed Realtor with a Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University and as a graduate from the University's Certified Paralegal Studies Program offering a blend of theory and practice that resolves in her understanding the needs and wants at the individual client-level but also at the business-level offering strategies with highly beneficial solutions. Mandy became a licensed Realtor in 2004, and quickly earned recognition including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, and holds 4 additional professional designations of excellence: The Accredited Buyer Representative Specialist (ABR), The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) from the National Association of Realtors.
Mandy grew up in South Louisiana as one of six children raised in a family of multi-generational attorneys and real estate developers. After Hurricane Katrina, she began researching alternative business opportunities and the potential for business in real estate development outside of Louisiana. Charleston immediately became the top choice for future business as well as a beautiful place to raise her family. Mandy and her lovely family have called the Greater Charleston area home for nearly a decade now. When Mandy is away from her clients, she is focus on raising her two precious boys. Mandy's hobbies are swimming, tennis and discovering new local spots with her close group of girlfriends in our amazing city!
