My name is Lindie Derrick. I was raised in the quaint community of Prosser, WA. Receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television from Eastern Washington University, I spent a little over 20 years in marketing, advertising, and broadcasting at various network affiliates. After having my two wonderful daughters, I decided to switch careers into real estate and now enjoy marketing and selling residential homes, new construction, developments, commercial properties, and land for Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. In addition to my real estate career, I have a passion for serving my community through volunteer work. Currently, I serve on the PEO International (Philanthropic Educational Organization), a member of the Rotary, a board member of the Prosser Economic Development Association, and volunteer with Heartlinks Hospice. Working together, I will combine my marketing background and community knowledge to ensure success in your real estate dreams!
