I have worked in real estate for over fifteen years, starting at a boutique firm in Soho, NYC, and later moving back to my home state of Virginia in 2009. Since then, I've refined my expertise at top firms and recently decided to transition from commercial to residential real estate.
My experience in commercial real estate has sharpened my negotiation skills and business acumen. I prioritize client interests above all else, aiming for precision and promptness in meeting their needs. I am proud to hold certifications as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Whether it's buying or selling, from starter homes to luxury properties, you can count on my seasoned negotiation skills to elevate your real estate goals.
Beyond real estate, I cherish being a part of my community. I live in the City of Fredericksburg with my family, including our two chocolate labs. Many of my relatives also reside in the city, and I truly love the proximity! I'm actively involved in Friends of the Rappahannock and proudly serve as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Fredericksburg. Outside of work and family, I enjoy horseback riding and paddleboarding along the Rappahannock River.
