Kim Chatterton has been selling homes since December of 2007. Kim announced her partnership with Coldwell Banker in December of 2016. She previously worked as a Real Estate Professional with Berkshire Hathaway. Kim has assisted hundreds of buyers, sellers, investors, and builders across the state of Utah in successfully reaching their real estate goals.

Kim is an experienced member of Coldwell Banker’s Elite relocation team. Negotiating short sales and working with buyers and investors to purchase bank-owned homes are additional areas of expertise. Some of her Real Estate designations include; Short Sale Certified Negotiator, Military Relocation Certification. Kim is one of the few Coldwell Agents that is Certified as Global Luxury Real Estate Representative. She has worked as a preferred listing agent for the home builders Oakwood Homes and Henry Walker Homes. Closing an average of 15 million a year in Real Estate Transactions proves her strong sales record.
Kim has lived in Kaysville Utah her entire life. She loves supporting her community and local schools. Serving as the Burton Elementary PTA President and on the Kaysville Jr High and Davis High School PTA and Community Council were highlights. Being a Mother, Mother-In-Law and wife are her most fulfilling achievements.
