I've had three experiences in life that came together to propel me in successfully serving my clients.

First, since childhood, the Rivertowns have been my home. I live, work and breathe in this locale. I know Westchester – my connections to people, institutions, and the culture benefit my clients. My clients buy and sell community as much as anything else.


Second, I have a law degree. I have a nuanced understanding of each stage of a transaction. I can identify and act on critical points in negotiations and this gives me a distinct advantage in advocating for my clients.

Lastly, my numbers speak volumes. Over the last decade, I am #1 in sales volume and number of transactions in the Rivertowns. I am an adroit negotiator for my clients. I have been involved in literally hundreds of sales over my career. For over 30 years, I've worked to build an ethical and responsive real estate practice.
