The Gulf Coast and the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area is a wonderful place to live! We are located on the sparking blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, only 20 minutes to the Tampa International Airport. Originally from North Carolina, I moved to Florida in 1975. My commercial, multi-family experience stems from many years in our family business of commercial development of multi-family and warehouse properties. For the past 14 years, I have been exclusively selling residential properties here in Pinellas County with Coldwell Banker Realty.
