With over 22 years of experience, I am a Realtor and co-owner of Coldwell Banker Islands Realty where I specialize in Lake Champlain lakefront properties. As a top-performing real estate agent in Grand Isle County, Vermont, I help clients buy and sell lakefront homes, vacation properties, and second homes throughout the Champlain Islands. After relocating from Isle of Palms South Carolina to Vermont’s scenic Champlain Islands in 2000, my wife Anne and I brought decades of business and customer service experience with us from owning a successful restaurant and outfitting business in South Carolina. In 2001, we purchased and began restoring an 1860 farmhouse and lakefront cottage in Grand Isle on Lake Champlain, where we still live today.

Real estate is a family business for us. Our daughter Alex, a graduate of the University of Vermont, is a licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Islands Realty specializing in marketing, social media, video production, and FAA-certified drone photography. Anne focuses on real estate photography, staging, and buyer representation, helping us deliver a full-service client experience.

As longtime Vermont residents and waterfront homeowners, we understand the unique aspects of buying and selling lakefront, island, vacation, and country properties throughout Northwestern Vermont. We also own 2 short term rental properties in  Grand Isle and Stowe, giving us firsthand knowledge of vacation and investment real estate.
