Lynne Einleger gets it. A 19-time multi-million-dollar producer in Santa Fe’s competitive real estate market, a member of Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling and Diamond Societies, and, in 2021 and 2022, a member of the International President’s Circle, Lynne balances no-nonsense business skills with common sense people skills. She asks, listens, learns – and then gets to work for you.

Born in New York City, then raised in Miami by successful textile industry entrepreneurs, Lynne obtained a degree in Special Education, but discovered she was better suited to working in the business world. She then spent 30+ years working in custom printed textile sales & then corporate sales training in New York City before moving to Santa Fe in 2004. She was smitten by the City Different back in the 80s and knew she’d live here someday. After adopting their daughter, Juliette, from China, she & her husband left the Big Apple and moved to the City Different. There has been no looking back!

Once licensed, Lynne interviewed 9 brokerages and determined that Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty, now Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, was the best fit for her. She joined in May, 2005, and has remained as an Associate Broker through the recent purchases of this brokerage.

What Lynne loves most about her work is guiding her clients through their decisions and managing their transactions to allow them to move on to the next phase of their lives. Lynne uses all of her varied skills and talents to accomplish the best outcome for her clients. No matter the obstacles, she loves the challenges and the surprises they bring. After 20+ years, Lynne still continues making friends of her clients, and helping them achieve their life and real estate goals.
