Active in the Minneapolis community, Chad's endeavors include presently serving as a Board Member of the Children's Theatre Company. Past endeavors include ten years as a member of the City's Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC), served six years as Chairperson, as President of the Cedar-Isles-Dean Neighborhood Association (CIDNA), his former neighborhood, as well as serving as a past Board Member and Board President of The Carlyle Association, where he resides.
