In 2007, Mariana was recognized as a "Billion Dollar Agent" in Steve Kantor's book, Billion Dollar Agent - Lesson Learned. In 1996 she founded Coldwell Banker Supercity Realty and built The Cowan-Smith Home Selling System, Atlantic Canada's first use of the Team Marketing Model.
