Beverly Gentry believes in the power of active listening and understanding that no two real estate clients are alike.

Based in the Southern Pines office of the national award-winning firm of Coldwell Banker Advantage, Beverly possesses an expertise that spans Moore County. Her portfolio of clients is diverse – from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors, and sellers across many price ranges.

“I treat every client,” she says, “with the same care and diligence I would use to successfully purchase or sell my own home.”

Beverly believes that a previous career helped prepare her to excel in real estate. For six years, she worked as a Financial Systems Analyst and Regional Director for a national engineering firm. The job required many of the same skills used by successful agents: “the ability to hear clients’ expectations and exceed them, a commitment to achieve the desired results within set parameters, the ability to meet challenges and resolve conflicts, and excellent communication and follow-up.”

On the personal side, Beverly embraces her role as a Mom to two children and a fur baby. Her bright nature isn’t lost on all who meet her. When not working, Beverly enjoys making memories with her family and exploring the wonders of the Sandhills, the place she proudly calls home.
