Joseph Denny is a goal-oriented Realtor® who loves the thrill of negotiating deals for buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate. As a Jacksonville native, he is familiar with Northeast Florida and the many lifestyle choices that each area offers its residents from beach life to rural living, as well as the many surrounding businesses. Joseph attended the University of Florida earning a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction. This technical knowledge of the construction industry provides an added level of expertise for those who may be interested in new builds or remodels. Focused on high-level outcomes for his customers, Joseph strives in each transaction to achieve his business mantra, "get results that move you". Fun, family, and freedom are the values on which Joseph bases his personal life. As an avid outdoorsman, you can often find him around the First Coast enjoying his favorite activities: hunting, fishing, and surfing. He is also a dedicated family man who prioritizes quality time with his wife, Megan, and his son Archer.
