My family and I have been fortunate to enjoy this area for over 30 years! After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Sociology, I entered in to the Mobile Marketing field and represented clients such as Volkswagen and numerous large PR firms in Chicago. While between employment contracts, I vacationed to Destin and literally, never left. I worked in our service industry for 15 years, loyally, for one establishment. When I met my Husband in 2010 while he was stationed at Hurlburt Field, we decided to really root ourselves in the community. Since, he has retired from 20 years active duty USAF, and we now have two school aged children who are thriving in Florida's fastest growing city, Freeport!
I have enjoyed watching this area mature for both full time and part time residents. It would seem Real Estate is in my blood; being the third generation of Realtors. While I took my first job with Coldwell Banker in 2000 as a Sales Support Associate for an office of over 180 Realtors, today I actively sell Residential Real Estate as a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Niceville, Florida.
It is the strong sense of ethics and culture in the Coldwell Banker Brand that lead me to join the CB family as a licensed Realtor. I am a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, and have been recognized by Coldwell Banker Realty in 2022, 2023, and 2024 as a returning High Producing Realtor, achieving global recognition in Top Tier Award designations based on production (units sold and volume).
Outside of my Real Estate career, I am often times found creating memories with my family, gardening, listening (singing) to music, traveling domestically and internationally, and enjoying the great outdoors of Northwest Florida to include activities such as tent camping, biking/hiking/swimming, frisbee throwing, and dog walking. My favorite month in Florida is April and one of my favorite neighbors are my parents.
My energetic enthusiasm and dedication to the profession qualifies me to successfully represent both buyers and sellers in todays market. I take pride in the relationships I build and I pledge to work relentlessly on my clients behalf; keeping you informed every step of the way.
I have found that from the wooded state-line to the sugary sand beaches of the Gulf Coast, there truly is something here for everyone. My hope is that while you are a fellow resident along our Emerald Coast, that you, too, feel AT HOME.
