Jimmy Zaplac, REALTOR® is a leading South Texas professional as an annual multi-million-dollar producer of The Zaplac Group.  Jimmy began his real estate career at a young age as he aided his family's real estate business. In gaining knowledge of real estate fundamentals and the foundation of each transaction, Jimmy adapted his expertise to provide unmatched service for his clients while running a real estate business of his own. A lifelong resident of Victoria County, Jimmy joined various real estate boards to better represent his community. Jimmy is currently serving as a member of the Victoria Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® while completing terms for the following on the Victoria Board of REALTORS®: MLS Chairman, Vice President, President, and TREPAC Chair. He has also served the Texas Association of REALTORS® on the Board of Directors and as a TREPAC (Texas REALTORS Political Action Committee) Trustee. Jimmy furthered his education by obtaining his GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation and has various accolades for strides made in the real estate industry. Jimmy has received the following titles and recognitions: Victoria Board of Realtor's "REALTOR OF THE YEAR", Victoria Advocate's "Best of The Best" Realtor, and has been honored with several awards through the Coldwell Banker franchise over the years including the International President's Circle and International President's Elite awards.
