Vlaja was born in the Ukraine, lived in Poland and moved to Connecticut when she was 6 years old. She speaks Ukrainian and Polish. She lived in Connecticut through her college years and graduated from Quinnipiac University with a B.S. degree. She met her husband in Mallorca Spain, a beautiful, romantic island in the Mediterranean Sea. They moved to Gainesville Florida and both her sons graduated from UF. She and her husband presently live on the Intracoastal in Palm Coast, Florida. Vlaja worked in the medical field for over ten years in Connecticut and Florida. In 2004, she entered the Real Estate arena and quickly earned her Graduate Real Estate degree (GRI) and her Senior Citizen Specialist Accreditation (SRES). Vlaja's international background helped her earn her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation, and she is certified for Transnational Referrals. Vlaja's enthusiasm for Real Estate ensures that every transaction goes smoothly, and always exceeds her customer's expectations, and she welcomes the opportunity to provide worldwide class service. In 2023 she became an esteemed member of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Team and earned her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation (CLHMS).
