Born in the Year of the Horse under the Chinese Zodiac, Victor embodies the core qualities of enthusiasm, energy, independence, integrity, and diligence—values that define both his personal character and professional work ethic.

Victor immigrated to the United States with his family in 1975 and was raised in Orange County. Watching his father rebuild their life while supporting a family of eight instilled in him a deep respect for hard work, perseverance, and resilience. From an early age, Victor understood that success is earned through discipline, effort, and a positive mindset.

Throughout his youth and college years, Victor held a variety of jobs—including newspaper delivery, gas station attendant, lawn maintenance, and part-time sales for a cellular phone company—each experience reinforcing his strong work ethic and people-first approach.

Today, Victor is proud to be a Top Producer at Coldwell Banker Coastal Range (CBCR). He is known for his commitment to continuous improvement, client advocacy, and delivering results with integrity.
