I have extensive real estate and development experience as well as a unique leadership (previous Airborne qualified RDFA military officer) and educational background. Sonia grew up in real estate development and has business degrees from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California as well as a M.S. from USC's Viterbi school of Engineering. Sonia has successfully completed numerous real estate development projects, all requiring extensive knowledge of water rights, negotiation, and marketing.
