Stephanie is a dedicated real estate professional who truly understands the unique needs of both buyers and sellers. With deep roots in the San Juan Islands and Pacific Northwest, spanning over four generations, she has a profound connection to the islands and an intimate knowledge of the local market. Her genuine passion for helping people, combined with her strong land use, and interpersonal skills, ensures a supportive and rewarding real estate journey for you.

Stephanie is a founding agent for Island Home Group.  She has served in a variety of leadership capacities throughout her professional career in the land use industry including regional land and marine conservation, economic development, and as a consultant on industrial UNESCO world heritage projects. This experience has allowed her to cultivate an extensive global network of contacts, and her reputation as a creative problem solver, powerful negotiator and listener makes her an exceptional advocate for her clients.

Whether you're buying or selling a home, dock, hangar, marina, or vacant land in the Islands, Stephanie is a committed real estate professional. She understands the complexities of island living and strives to make the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Beyond her work in real estate, Stephanie actively contributes to her community by serving on the boards of the San Juan Island Public Schools Foundation, Shaw Island Library, Inter-tribal Canoe Journey Planning Committee, and the San Juan Island Yacht Club. In her free time, she enjoys pickleball, hiking, sea kayaking, and travel.  She is a former college athlete tennis and rugby (Gonzaga University) and holds advanced degrees in Public Administration (MPA) and Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Oregon.  She is the mother of a son (Firefighter/Handiman) and Foster daughter (Portland wine and cheese monger). She was born and raised in McMinnville, Oregon, and is a residential REALTOR® specializing in primary and second home properties, airplane hangars, docks, and the occasional marina. She currently lives on Shaw Island and has a condo on San Juan Island.
