When working with a seller I want the seller to have as much information as possible regarding the real estate market in the subject area, as well as the trends impacting the local market, so the seller can make informed decisions. I stage my listings and position them in a way that will maximize the seller's profits and minimize the number of days on market. In 2017 my sales price to list price ratio was 99% and my sold listings were on the market an average of 18 days.

When working with a buyer I want the buyer to fully understand the buying process from A to Z before beginning their home search. The home search begins in my office, not in my car.

Whether working with a seller or a buyer, my first step is to listen and determine what my client's needs are. I then formulate a plan of attack to help my client meet those specific needs. I also strive to reduce the stress of the move as much as possible. Having moved numerous times myself, I know how stressful the moving process can be.
