David began his career working for a developer in southern California, which gives him insight into the construction of a home from start to finish. David has worked with his team, the Macleod Real Estate Group, selling local homes, condos and apartment buildings up and down the coastal Southern California communities for 36 years. With his unique experience, he is also proficient in selling plots of land – both to families who are looking to build their own custom home and to builders that construct spec homes. During the recession period, he remodeled or flipped over 280 homes and enjoys the design transformation process. David is one of the top agents in Orange County and has a proven track record of success – with 1,100-plus transactions and over $1 billion in sales under his belt. His latest sales include four lots in Huntington Beach and an oceanfront home in Corona Del Mar. As a testament, he has earned the Coldwell Banker® International President's Circle Team Award.

David collaborates with his business partner, Lily Jaberipour, who has 18-plus years of experience and speaks four languages.
