I first became a Qualifying Broker in 1991 when I took over my family real estate business, Chapman Realty. I am now the Qualifying Broker for Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, where I get to I work with incredible brokers whose professionalism and ethics are beyond compare!! I love real estate and I love working with people! My family had Chapman Homes and built homes in Santa Fe since 1966. We closed the business in 2019. What a joy and special gift to work with your family! I have a loving, special husband, a precious, beautiful daughter and an incredibly loving grandson too! Prior to coming to Santa Fe I owned Suds Restaurant and Laundry in Albuquerque. I have been recognized many times in my career. I was Associate of the Year for the State Homebuilders Association; I was Realtor of the Year for the Santa Fe Association of Realtors; I have been Member of the year twice for the Women's Council of Realtors and served as their President I have served for years on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors Board of Directors and twice as their President. I now serve on the Board as their Treasurer. I enjoy my involvement and the people I get to work with! I helped with the SWAIA's Indian Market Gala for years; helped and built for Habitat for Humanity; supported numerous charities such as Esperanza Shelter, Santa Fe and Espanola Humane Societies, The Food Depot, and many more. It warms my heart when I can help! I truly believe in the power of manifestation and the law of attraction! These have made my life truly magical! I am very blessed!
