Wendy is an award-winning realtor and has been with Coldwell Banker Park Shore for 18 years. She is known for her excellent skills and experience in assisting clients in buying and selling properties in Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson and Pierce County.

Wendy was born and raised in Kitsap County. She has built her business on the foundation of positive energy, building relationships and attained promises. She promises to make your real estate experience so positive that you will have no question referring her to your friends, family and co-workers.

She is known for her excellent skills and experience in assisting clients in buying and selling properties in Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson and Pierce County. She is passionate in helping family, friends, and clients transition through different stages of life including home ownership.

Wendy also enjoys giving back to her community. She is an active participant in Relay for Life and the Jingle Bell Run/Walk. She is also a member of the South Kitsap International Soroptimist organization which benefits the lives of women and girls. She is also a member and past director for the Kitsap County Association of Realtors.

Wendy feels education is important and continually strives to learn the skills and latest technology available. She has attained several designations including:

- Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - The highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field.

- Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) - a buyer's representative who has completed advanced training and who has proven experience in serving the special needs of buyer-clients.

- Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) - Seniors Real Estate Specialists or SRES designees are REALTORS qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+.

Wendy grew up in the quiet little community of Manette in Bremerton. She has lived in the community of Manchester with her family for the past 20 years. She has 4 beautiful children and 2 grandchildren. She is passionate about the Kitsap area and enjoys sharing all it has to offer with her clients. Her children have attended schools and played sports throughout the county, she knows how important location is when raising your family. Family is important to her, when she is not working that is where you will find her. She also enjoy gardening, being outdoors and traveling to new places.
