My real estate expertise is varied. From working with luxury waterfront properties to investors seeking income property to working with first-time and seasoned buyers, I can meet your real estate needs. In addition, I have been successful in marketing commercial properties and over the past several years have worked closely with builders and developers helping to identify parcels/lots for residential building and development. When marketing waterfront properties, I welcome buyers aboard my craft for a better view of potential homes as I am also a US Coast Guard licensed Captain.

In 2024, I reached a milestone achieving $64,334,786 in sales volume with 80 closed transactions - making my career total at $484+ million in closed sales volume and 1,214+ closed transactions. I have been voted "Best Real Estate Agent" twice during the Best of St. Augustine community campaign held by the St. Augustine Record newspaper. I also received the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Award 4 times. I have earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS as the premier credential in seller representation. In addition, I have completed the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist course which allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in my ability to specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.

I have resided in St. Augustine since 1999, where I attended and graduated from Flagler College in 2003, achieving a degree in Business Administration. I began my real estate career in 2003, interning for CB Richard Ellis in Downtown Jacksonville, FL; then joining Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Realty Group, in 2009. With Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, I have consistently been the top-performing agent since 2012. As my business continues to grow, I have added a full-time Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

I reside on the south end of Anastasia Island with my wonderful wife, Lindsay, our fish-slaying son, Kadyn, and our equestrian-loving daughter, Kiyah. In my leisure time, I can be found in or around the water; enjoying the waves and warm water of St. Augustine, trolling the Gulf Stream waters for Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Sailfish, or playing on the beach with my family.
