Al Unser III (born October 23, 1982) — Realtor | Former Pro Race Driver | PADI Master Scuba Instructor

Al helps buyers and sellers move through the home‑buying and selling process with clear guidance, steady negotiation, and a client‑first approach that keeps transactions efficient—and even a little adventurous. Based in Albuquerque, he is a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Legacy and brings 12 years of sales experience plus two years in mortgage services to every transaction. 

Before real estate, Al competed as a professional race car driver in the Toyota Atlantics and Indy Lights series (2004–2008), including multiple starts at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and a pole position at Michigan in 2004. He is part of the Unser racing family (son of Al Unser Jr., grandson of Al Unser Sr.). Those experiences give him calm, quick decision‑making and a comfort with high‑stakes negotiations. 

Outside work he’s a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (certified instructor) and teaches diving locally; he also volunteers teaching adaptive scuba through his sister’s foundation. When he’s not negotiating deals or showing homes, you’ll find him backpacking New Mexico’s state parks with his dogs or diving the Blue Hole in Santa Rosa.
