He began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker Caine more than 20 years ago and grew from Rookie of the Year to even being named the #1 Coldwell Banker Sales Associate for South Carolina multiple times in addition to his local accolades.


Jacob grew up in Greenville and is active in his community through service with his church and many local charities. He loves to give back! He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is married to Elizabeth, owner of Elizabeth Mann Designs, a Greenville interior design firm.
