He and his partner Mason Richburg specialize in residential properties, luxury homes, golf course communities, and commercial properties, Stan is currently an Associate Vice President of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, and he brings these terms to life everyday while working with his clients and leading one of the top-producing real estate teams with over 1,600 closed transactions within a company of over 300 professionals.

But Stan will tell you that what he does for a living is not necessarily who he is, because his true passion is Serving. Not only with Hicks & Richburg but in God’s house and in the community, combating sex trafficking, abuse and homelessness. Stan is married to his wife Equilla, both are Associate Pastors and have been at ChurchLV in Las Vegas for nearly 20 years, where their mission statement is “Leading people to encounter new life in Jesus.” Equilla is also the founder and CEO of “Lift One Up” a non-profit organization focusing on mentoring, coaching and outreach.


Together they are making a difference in the world every day and have been blessed with three children and seven grandchildren.
