Kyle was born and raised in Encinitas and is a second generation California native. He has first hand knowledge of the local community participating in sports and attending school in the San Dieguito Unified School District. His mother and partner Janet McCollough has been an agent in Encinitas for more than 27 years. Over the year Kyle has gained an expansive knowledge of the real estate business. After graduating high school Kyle attended college at The University of Hawaii where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the Shidler College of Business. Completing courses such as Customer Behavior, Marketing Research, Professional Selling, Sales Management, and Marketing Strategy, just to name a few, taught Kyle skills that will effectively assist him in positioning and marketing properties in todayrsquo;s market place.
