Dana has lived, worked, and owned properties all over the greater Wilmington area and is well versed in communities from Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender Counties. Now residing in Carolina Beach, Dana enjoys wakeboarding, surfing, fishing, and biking with his wife, son, and dogs. 

With a diverse professional background that includes construction, photography, and a 13-year career in film set decorating, Dana brings to the table a series of skills and talents that are unparalleled among his peers, and provide significant and valuable service to his clients. 

As the sole member of his department on-set while shooting a film, his superiors could work elsewhere with peace of mind. They trusted Dana and his renowned preparedness, attention to detail, and pride in his work. Dana always honored their vision and best interests, all while maintaining an open line of communication.

He has a deep love for this special place and hated leaving the area to work on location--for that reason, and to spend more time with his young family, he has chosen to pursue his interest in the ever-changing housing market of Southeastern North Carolina.
