Susan is a Global Luxury Residential and Income Property Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the Los Angeles realestate market. She has consistently been a Top Producer at Coldwell Banker ranking steadily at Top 1%-2% among all salesassociates internationally for Coldwell Banker Realty year after year.
She joined Coldwell Banker’s Premier Brentwood office over 19 years ago in 2005 with a 5-year background in real estatefinancing. She intimately understands the financial intricacies involved in every real estate transaction, and is skilled at not onlyclosing deals but making sure her clients feel comfortable throughout the process. She frequently works with high net-worthclients in the luxury investment sector that require the highest level of privacy and confidentiality but mostly prides herself inbeing able to offer her expertise to home buyers/sellers navigate through the complex real estate market in Los Angeles. Born in LA but fortunate to have had the opportunity to be raised in both Seoul and Los Angeles during her childhood, Susanis proud of her dual cultural background.
