Eric’s 30 years of experience as a business owner has given him the ability to develop a personal network that extends into nearly every neighborhood in the Denver Metro area and beyond. In addition, he has had the opportunity to sharpen his problem-solving and negotiating skills on their behalf.  

Karla, a native of Colorado, has proven herself to be a dependable advocate who is professional, diligent, passionate, and meticulous about her work. She has cultivated quality resources and contacts to benefit home buyers and sellers alike.

Eric and Karla have lived and worked in the Denver Metro area for the last 30 years. They enjoy hiking, skiing, and traveling to exotic cities like Detroit, Minneapolis, or Newberg, Oregon, to watch their college-aged twins, Paige and Noah, compete in their sports.
