I have been a Sacramento native my entire life. In 1990 I began my real estate career listing and selling homes. Over the past 30 years I have achieved top producer status every year. I have mastered the art of matching buyers with their perfect home and sellers with successful transactions. My skills require not only extensive market knowledge but also focuses on a process of discovery, learning both the needs and desires of my clients. ABOVE ALL, finding the perfect home requires a keen listening ability and patience. I love the marketing and advertising aspect of selling homes. I design my own ads from property brochure handouts, to magazine and internet ads. I strategically place my advertising where it reaches my target audience.
