After a successful legal career, Dawn transferred her extensive & relevant expertise to real estate in 2009. Since then, she has engaged in many facets of real estate including investment acquisitions, property management & sales in both California & Colorado. As a local Conifer resident, Dawn has an intimate understanding of the complexities of mountain properties, buyers' purchase preferences, local neighborhoods & proven marketing strategies. For her extensive community involvement & local community knowledge, Dawn is fondly dubbed the "Mayor of Conifer". Dawn enjoys yoga, hiking with her beloved dog, Sunny, equestrian events, traveling, football, Conifer Lobos sports & spending time with family.
