Over the past 25 years I've been involved in dozens of real estate transactions, both as a sole principle and an investor, including residential investment properties in New York City, Long Island, New York and in South Florida. These transactions have included purchases, sales, renovations, leasing, financing and refinancing – virtually every type of transaction imaginable. Additionally, for over 3 decades I've held significant sales and marketing positions with some of the world's largest organizations including Saks Fifth Avenue, L'Oreal and Allergan Pharmaceuticals.
